Thinking of studying a land-based subject at university?

The Kent County Agricultural Society are offering a scholarship of £1000 a year for up to three students studying for their degree.

Who can apply?

To be eligible, students need to be:

  • A resident of Kent at the time they apply for the scholarship
  • Aged 18 to 25 when they commence study on the course
  • Aiming to study for a full-time college or university degree based course in one of the following subjects: agriculture, horticulture, equine, veterinary and animal management, or environment and conservation.

Applications will only be considered in the curriculum areas mentioned above.

Courses must be studied in the UK. Applications for international colleges or universities will not be considered.
