Living Land is a FREE one-day event open to Kent primary school children in years 3 and 4. Now in its 20th year, this successful event is aims to educate children in areas of farming, agriculture, the countryside, and healthy eating; and takes place in the beautiful landscape of the Kent Showground, Maidstone.
Living Land is organised by registered charity, the Kent County Agricultural Society, this year supported by the Wheeler Foundation. Bringing together businesses from across Kent to provide interactive and educational activities for the children to experience. Including the opportunity to touch live farm animals, watch live milking demonstrations, try Kent produce, and see many other educational and interactive displays.
If you are a Kent primary school teacher and would like to sign up for this year’s Living Land event, please download the application form below and return to sally@kentshowground.co.uk by Friday 25th November 2022. Please note, spaces are limited and get allocated on a first come first serve basis. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
