Please note that vehicles manufactured during or after 1990 will need to complete the Classic of the Future form instead.
Additional visitor tickets can be purchased for £10.00 per adult, under 14’s free. Tickets can also be purchased from PAYMENT BY CHEQUE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, PLEASE PAY ONLINE OR VIA CREDIT/DEBIT PAYMENT.

Heritage Transport Show – Vehicle Rules and Regulations

All exhibits must be in place by 9.15am and cannot be moved until 4.00pm. Inside space is limited and must be
pre-booked by contacting the Show Office.
The Kent Showground is open from 7.30am to 6.00pm on Sunday 10th October 2021.
The Show will open to the general public from 10.00am to 4.00pm.

All exhibits will be given the appropriate vehicle passes to gain access to the Showground.
Each exhibit will be allocated with two entrance tickets to the Show.
Additional visitor tickets can be purchased for £10.00 per adult, under 14’s free. Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, tickets must be purchased in advance and will not be available to buy on the gate.
Tickets can also be purchased from or on the Vehicle Application form.

All vehicles and working machines must be insured against third party risks including use for off road and/or display use. Documentation must be brought to the Heritage Transport Show and may be checked by the appropriate steward.

If your vehicle was manufactured during or after 1990, please contact the Show Office for the correct form to apply for the ‘Classic of the Future’ area.
Kit cars will be accepted at the 2021 Heritage Transport Show. They will be allocated space outside. They will be exempt from paying the entry fee for ‘Classic of the Future’.

The road traffic act applies to all places to which the public have access, therefore no unlicensed or under-age driving is permitted.
The speed limit on the Showground is 10 mph. This applies to ALL vehicles on the Showground. The one-way system of the Showground must be observed at all times.
Movement of all vehicles is restricted to travel to and from the ring or for permitted display purposes.
If seatbelts are fitted on the vehicle they must be worn when travelling on the Showground.

The placing of exhibits will be entirely at the discretion of the Society and their Stewards, although every endeavour will be made to meet any request made by an exhibitor.
All persons must pay proper regard to the Stewards’ instructions and should conduct themselves in a manner, which will not inconvenience other persons at the event.
Please include a self-addressed A5 stamped envelope with your entry form.

The Heritage Transport Show and South East Bus Festival will be run in line with the latest government advice on coronavirus. Any updates or changes to the event as a result of changing advice will be communicated as soon as possible after an announcement affecting the event has been made.
If you or anyone in your household are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 on the day of the event, please do not attend.
